🫀WHAT IF WE PAINT A LITTLE WORKSHOP?🐸

When I arrived at this farm this was the first mural I made, I learned a lot of things from this new job.

💌 First, be true to myself; and yes! Be true to what I like, to the colors that represent me and make me happy, I love feeling yellow and blue🌻🐦 they remind me of home🇨🇴 because when I was halfway there I didn't feel good about the work I was doing and I did it all over again🤣

💌 Second, to listen to my body, that week we got to 45 degrees🥹 even though I'm from Barranquilla, I didn't give it that much. I didn't listen to my body, or my needs and I got sick, I learned that a wall can't go over my integrity, thank you @brz_ek because I always learn from you.

💌 Third, it was hard for me to adapt to the diet 🤣 the first few days I was happy to eat ice cream for lunch🥹🍦 but I was not responsible with my health. Those who know me know that I love eating desserts, but life is a balance and then I realized that I was so stressed that I took refuge in sugar.

And yes, you learn all this when you paint.

I loved being able to fill this art workshop with color, with bougainvilleas and the Caribbean Sea that made me bring a little piece of my Barranquilla to Turkey 🇹🇷🥹
